That's great. Now try this twist. I've started using plain yogurt more and more places where I used to use mayo and here would be one of them Use instead or incombination with mayo to reduse the fat. Use in tuna salad, chicken salad, potato salad, even on some sandwiches. Gives it a twist. reduces fat. increases protien. Give it a whirl and tell ME what you think. EWver rinse your cottage sheese? The 'milk' in the cottage cheese is acrtually added at the end of the process after the curds have been formed,l strained, and rinsed. Try rinsing the milk back off using a collinder or strainer. It's real similar to to a crumbled fresh Mozzarella AND IT MELTS LIKE CHEESE and has much less fat. Use here in combination with your Tuna made with yogurt, use on salads. I like to make an egg white omlet with rinsed cottage cheese and pesto. Again, try it before you knock it!
Have a great day!

Thank you for the recipe...If you like a little more flavor and spice, do the tuna like ceviche, I don't use mayo...just cut up some onion, I like purple or green onions, jalapeno pepper, tomato, cilantro, twist of lime or lemon, olive oil and taragon vinegar or whatever vinegar you like. Sea salt and garlic salt to taste or what other spices you like. You can dice up celery or cucumber if you like. I always keep fresh pico de gallo which is, diced onion, tomatoe, jalapeno, cerrano and I put habanero peppers in mine, cilantro. I put it on all my stuff for some flavor and heat. Keeps the metabo going.
