Let me ask you a simple question.
Did you eat breakfast this morning?
If so was it loaded with good proteins, moderate carbohydrates and healthy fat so that you aren’t going to be starving in a few hours?
I’m hoping you fall into that category.
If not here is my breakfast I ate this morning. You see I was short on time this morning so I could have either skipped breakfast or just eaten a piece of toast (all carbs).
Neither of these would have given me the nutrients and protein I need to satisfy my hunger and nutrient needs.
Here is what I ate which was really simple to create and eat quickly.
2 Omega 3 rich hard boiled eggs
1 packet of Kaski Go Lean Hot Oatmeal
I was able to consume:
350mg of Omega 3 fats
20gms of protein
5 grams of fiber
I had hard boiled the eggs last night and Liane and I make enough for the entire week so we can eat them for breakfast or as snacks for something quick and easy.
Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated or a long boring process. A little planning puts you at the controls for each and every meal. Not just breakfast.
