No carb and low carb diets cause memory loss

A new study out of Tufts university shows that those who eliminate or attempt to eliminate carbohydrates from their diet may actually cause memory loss.

Participants performed significantly worse on memory tests than participants who didn’t follow a low/no carbohydrate diet after only one week of a weight loss diet that serverely restricted carbohydrates.
