Our objective to lose weight has been around much longer than any of us have thought. How to lose weight programs date back at least 150 years.
Even though we have been trying to lose weight for at least 150 years our waistlines are bigger than ever and we have an obesity epidemic on our hands.
So what gives. Why have we gotten worse instead of better in regards to trying to lose weight. I mean we have had 150 years to get it right.
