Last week I posted a recipe from a meal I had in the Tampa, FL airport that I liked and it was different.
A fellow newsletter reader sent me in one of her favorite meals and I thought I would share it with you today.
Now I know for many of you in the United States turkey is the last thing on your mind right now, but keep this meal in mind for a future meal when you are looking for something healthy to eat.
"Hi Jayson,
Just wanted to say that I do that kind of thing all the time. Not that I eat burgers all the time… I made a turkey breast burger last night. It was seasoned with fat free feta cheese, parsley, garlic, a few other spices. Cooked it on the grill. Then topped it with sauted onions and portabello mushrooms……no bun. Finished off my plate with a small amount of oven cooked sweet potato "french fries", roasted asparagus, and a salad. Great meal."

It is great when I have readers submit recipes they love because it shows that eating doesn’t have to be boring. That is why Weight Loss Made Easy exists because too many people eat the same things over and over. Then they wonder why they get the same results over and over.
Don’t settle for the same boring foods over and over. Change it up and you will be amazed at the results you can achieve.
I know you can do it!
