Your healthy diet plans may include hidden sugars

sugarResearch studies have shown that more than 300 calories of our daily food intake comes from added sugar.  That means you eat almost 20 teaspoons a day of added sugar.

This sugar is being sneaked into your healthy diet plans in places you would never think to look such as lunch meats, breads, and salad dressings.

A good rule of thumb is to skip products that list any type of sugar among their first four ingredients.

Your taste buds are already hooked on sugar so eliminating those extra added sugars will not only have you cutting calories, but you will be re-programming your taste buds as well.

Yours in good health,
