More research is showing that 6mg of capsinoids which is the active heat producing compound in chili peppers may signifcantly decrease the amount of fat around the midsection.
In a 12 week study out of the University of Maryland School of Medicine showed subjects taking capsinoids lost significantly more abdominal fat than those taking a placebo and the capsinoid group appeared to burn more fat as a source of fuel.
Look for chili pepper extract standardized to at least 6mg active capsinoids a day with your healthy eating plan. Take twice a day before meals.
