The Two Major Components of Healthy Diets

February 2nd, 2012

Some people love healthy eating.  They devote all their time and energy on learning how to eat healthy, discovering new diet food, and making healthy meals.  They are committed to eating right in order to achieve healthy weight loss.  They might even run out of time to follow through with an exercise plan.

Other people love working out.  They spend time at the gym, working with personal trainers, and researching information about body composition and muscles.  They work their way towards healthy weight loss by doing physical activity.  Exercise is such a big part of their lives that they don’t always worry about eating healthy diet food, and in fact, they might be more tempted to follow fad diets.

So who is more likely to lose weight: the person who concentrates on eating right or the person who concentrates on exercising?  Read the rest of this entry »

Eating Right By Making Small Changes

January 17th, 2012
