Burn Mega Calories While On Vacation

skier_smIt is extremely busy around my house right now because work is keeping me very busy and we are leaving on vacation in 2 days. 

We are going to Colorado to get some skiing in and a bunch of family time.  My 2.5 year old daughter has said she wants to come skiing with me. 

To say I am excited for this is the understatement of the year. :)

Healthy Diet Plans Should Include These Dairy Products
