This is something you will have to work with your doctor on. Since I don't know your blood work and hormone profile I can't really say what you should be taking. PCOS can be affected by insulin sensitivities, thyroid issues and other hormonal imbalances. This requires blood work and consistent monitoring to see what changes take place. I just met someone this weekend that helped a lady get pregnant who had PCOS and he adjusted her food intake and supplements based off of the blood work she had done.

His website is www.drbryanpwalsh.com phone #: 443-458-8307

Tell him I sent you.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and was wondering which supplements I should be taking?
