Weight Loss Success Story Part 2

Here is part 2 of Mike’s inspiring weight loss story.   Read on to learn how he is close to reaching 100 pounds weight loss in only a few months time.

6.  How has the Carb Rotation Diet program helped you with controlling your calories?

From day one on the program, we started reading labels and adjusting the portions to true serving sizes, keeping all five or six meals balanced.

7.  How has having a plan created for you helped you with staying in control of the types and amounts of food you eat?

It has helped us to recognize portion control, and how to mix food groups at every meal.

8.  What progress and success have you seen to date while on the program?

On the scale this morning, I weighed 256, or nearly 79 pounds of weight loss.  Another great indication is the nearly 8 inches lost off my waist and 3 inches lost from my neck.

9.  How do family members, doctors, and friends feel about your progress?

Everyone is beginning to take note.  My doctor at my last checkup commented he was glad I found a program that has worked so well and is very impressed at how I stuck to the Carb Rotation Diet.
My wife and I are very active in our church life; we attend many events that involve meals.  When I started passing up meals, I had to explain why, the term ‘program’ became synonymous with my wife and me.  All my church brothers began referring to the program (Carb Rotation Diet) and everyone has complimented me with the noticeable success I have had on this program.

I was fearful of Thanksgiving that it would open up a door that I had walked through so many times.  Letting my guard down just one day, I was afraid I would become relaxed and wonder off the program.  Jayson shared words of encouragement with me about this fear, and the day after Thanksgiving, I was back to the program.

I refused to take any photos when I started; we had plenty of photos from recent events.  I will share a photo with you today, when I hit my goal of 225 and again at 200.

A great number of persons have asked me how I have done it, I shared the meal program with them and gave them the address to the Carb Rotation Diet program, and every time I talk to someone, I give Jayson Hunter and the Carb Rotation Diet a shower of praise.  I could have went to the nutritionist at the health facility where I work out, but the program they offered cost hundreds of dollars with very limited access to follow-ups and one on one consultations.

I would suggest giving the Carb Rotation Diet program an honest try, what do they have to lose, but weight?

Here is a quick quote from one of Mike’s email he sent recently.

“Quick update after going for my 4 month checkup today.  It was actually funny, the physician assistant that always checks me in did so as she normally does.  She typically will go through the notes from my last visit and checks to make sure I’m still taking all the same medication.  Today as she was going through the list of meds, she read a couple off and then said “was that 227″, I replied what do you mean 227, she said was your weight on the scale out there 227, I said it was 227.6, she totally lost focus and finished out with questions around ‘how did I do it’…  When the doc came in he said the same thing, we went through the diet program, he said he was shocked that I had dropped as much weight as I had and that he has never really seen that from a patient that had not had Surgery!  We talked more about the weight lifting and some of the soreness I have started to experience over the past few weeks.  End of the day, I was down from 339.6 to 227.6 which was a four month period.”
