We often hear about different ingredients that can aid in our healthy weight loss success. Not all of these ingredients have to be consumed through supplements, but there is a catch.
Foods and drinks like coffee, green tea, and cayenne pepper have proven healthy weight loss effects. The fat-fighting properties of these foods, however, aren’t entirely effective until you eat the right amount.
For example, coffee is effective when 9-10 cups are consumed in succession. Green tea requires 7-9 cups. Cayenne pepper must be an amount of 1-5 grams in one meal of your healthy weight loss diet. Unfortunately, these amounts of healthy weight loss ingredients are just not practical.
