Well, your first problem is you are relying on your bathroom scale to measure your ability to lose weight fast. Your bathroom scale is very deceiving and quite frustrating when it comes to weight loss and your goal to lose weight fast.
I read this on a forum today and thought I would comment on it.
"For most women, getting on the scale every morning can be an exercise in frustration. They’ve eaten well, they’ve spent hours in the gym and still the needle wobbles in the same spot with little to no fluctuation.

For women this is one of the main reasons why you should rarely use the scale to measure your weight loss progress. Bloating and hormone fluctuation will frustrate any women attempting to lose weight.
Instead focus on the weight loss tools that will give you the real information. Those are circumference measurements and bodyfat measurements. If you take these measurements once every 3 weeks then you will know how much fat you are truly losing regardless of if you are feeling bloated or retaining water every now and then.
Don’t derail your weight loss efforts because of what the scale says. Not too mention if you are strength training which you should be this will mess with the scale as well.
So just don’t use the scale and not only will you still reach your weight loss goals and your goal to lose weight fast, but more importantly you will still have you sanity.
