Can You Lose Weight While Traveling?

 

If you haven’t been following my twitter updates I had a traveling experience that wasn’t so great.

While I was in LA for this infomercial shoot it went great and I should have some behind the scenes footage for you if I ever get my bag back from the airlines. 

That is just part of the nightmare. 

It took us an extra 9 hours to get to LA because of weather delays so we traveled 16 hours on Thursday. 

Then on Sunday returning home it took us a total of 14 hours to get home.  We had to fly into a different airport and have my Aunt and Uncle come pick us up and drive us an hour to the airport we were supposed to land at. 

Then they screwed up the delivery of our bag and we are actually still waiting for this to arrive here in St. Louis as I write this which is Tuesday morning. 

I am still trying to gather my bearings so I will make this short today.

Two questions I was getting asked when I was in LA is how can I workout when I travel and when I take a long layoff it is hard to get restarted again. 

Many time most people try to do too much for their workout when they travel and when they try to return to working out. 

I found an article from a friend of mine who gives two examples of workouts you can do to get back into working out.  You can also follow these quick workouts if you are just looking for help to get started or keep in shape while you travel.
