		<description>I can say that its very effective when you&#039;re out of town or on vacation you tend to lose some weight because of the activities you&#039;re attending. Like when you walk around the city or swim at your favorite beach resort. Calories will definitely burn and you&#039;ll going to lose some weight.</description>

In addition to my weight training (cardio incorporated in between), I walk during my lunch break. I also take opportunities to walk to different destinations. For example, within the past two weeks, I walked to and from the grocery store (2 miles one way). Last night, instead of waiting for the bus, I walked home (2 miles). Of course, I tried as best to be safe (walked on sidewalks and in well lit streets and I stayed on streets that had frequent traffic (as it was dark). Thanks!

I also walk up and down stairs during the day at work.</description>
