		<description>Omega 6 fats are high primarily in oils and not necessarily in other foods like you mentioned.  Ideally we want a 1:1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids.  So it isn&#039;t like we don&#039;t want any of them.  Since our average diet is 30:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3 we need to bring the Omega 6 fats down and the Omega 3 fats up.

		<description>Hi Jason, I read the post about &quot;killing oils&quot; and it was amazing. How can you change your genes changing simple things in your food choices.
What about other sources of omega 6 in our foods to avoid? Is it true that you also have to avoid egg yolks, red meat fats?
There is plenty of food claiming to be rich or enriches formulas with omega 6,such us milk eggs, etc. Should we also try to avoid them??
