It's really not that hard to get healthy and lose wieght and you don't need to buy any program to do it. The whole weight loss industry is one big fraud. Cut out fast food, any and all soft drinks, anything with HFC - High Fructose Corn Syrup, and get off yer butt and exercise - push yourself.

Eat whole wheat pasta and breads instead of the zero nutrition, sugar loaded white stuff. Add in more veggies. Do a few simple things like that and you'll half way there. It's not that hard people. Get 8 hours (or more) of sleep a night.

You are right that the individual choices are very important. I would add that in today's weight loss climate, making those choices may not be so easy. There are thousands of products out there, and very few actually work or are healthy. It's amazing how little the weight loss industry actually cares about people's health. They create so many fake products that cater to people's ignorance- and consumers cannot keep up with the research and ingredient issues.

Thanks for the post.
