Bananas are fattening. What? The fact that this became a myth in the first place is hard to believe.  Bananas are healthy, full of nutrients, and low in calories.  Even if you didn’t know those facts, I bet you’ve never seen an obese person who eats too much fruit every day.  Bananas are not detrimental to a healthy diet plan.
