Your Bodytype May Affect How Much Weight Loss You Achieve

 

Researchers are slowly uncovering clues to diet individualization based on body type, hormonal profiles, etc. 

One of those clues they have uncovered is that overweight individuals tend to be what is called insulin resistant. 

What this means is if you are insulin resistant your body metabolizes carbohydrates differently than other individuals who are not insulin resistant.
