The average American currently consumes 56 gallons of soda 152 pounds of sugar-based sweeteners each year. The rate of soda consumption alone has gone up 70% since the late 1970s.
How much sugar is included in your diet plans? The answer might surprise you (in a bad way), but it is good to know the truth.
Follow this task for 3 days: figure out and write down how much sugar you consume in grams with each meal, snack, and drink. Multiply the total from 3 days by 122.
