<description>Yes, those are a good alternative for those who are intolerant to milk.

		<description>Hi Jayson,
Unfortunately I am intolerant to milk. So far I have been replacing milk and yoghurt by organic unsweetened soya alternatives, like soya milk, soya yoghurt and a vegetable based nonhydroginated &#039;margarnine&#039;. Is this a good idea in my healthy diet plan? Or are there better alternatives available?
Thanks for your help! Your information really got me motivated!

<description>It is exercise and burning calories that are going to help you reduce the fat on your body and tone your muscles and your glutes.

		<description>Hi there.

I have heard before about low fat dairy being the only low fat product that is healthy for you as well as the possiblity of assistance in reducing abdominal. I maintain a healthy lifestyle (about 20% body fat) and workout (alternating cardio and strength/circuit training) at least four days a week, I purchased your carb rotation diet a month or so ago and I use it as a guide and reminder of what food groups to eat together and when. That said here is my question... You hear plenty about reducing ab fat but I need help reducing and lifting my glutes and thighs. Are there foods that target these areas or is it just workout and hope for the best (because I am totally not happy with my results in these areas)?

Thanks.</description>
