Get Rid of All Junk Food – And No, This Isn’t a Fad Diet

 

Fad diets are usually hard to follow or unreliable for sustainable results.  Diet plans that work to prevent detrimental addictions are definitely not fad diets.

Addictions to high-fat foods develop when you allow yourself to eat these foods often.  Just as in drug addicts, dopamine receptor levels drop each time you consume junk food, so your body wants more and more.

The healthy eating guidelines for addiction prevention diet plans say to stay away from junk foods.  This is possible when all junk food is removed from your house.  Doing so can be considered a healthy eating plan, a quick weight loss tip, and many other positives, but not a fad diet.
