Diet food doesn’t contain a lot of sugar, so if you’re eating right in order to lose weight, should you limit fruit servings?
The answer is no, if you’re eating healthy meals and snacks otherwise.
The truth is, the sugar and fructose contents of fruit won’t affect your weight loss if you’re eating right and following healthy diets.
Aim for 3 to 5 servings of fruit a day in order to consume all the good nutrition that fruit has to offer.

I noticed that since I was little, growing up on the east coast. When winter would hit I don’t think I knew one person who did not gain at least 1-5 lbs. during the cold months but once spring came around most of us would go back to our normal weights.
Hello Jayson!
I have a question about food combination.
Would one lose weight faster if they ate the right combo of foods?
Example: only protein and vegs in a meal and avoid the carbs (like rice, bread or pasta)?
The other meal would just consist of carbs and vegs, no proteins.
I also heard that one should eat fruit alone and not with protein or vegetables. Fruits should be taken half-hour before any meal.
That means, no omelettes with blueberries for breakfast.
Does your “5 week fat loss book” follow the above food combination?
Thanks for your advice and help!
