I have another customer spotlight for you today. His name is Matt Sizemore and the fear of not being around for his family is what motivated him to make some very important lifestyle changes.
1. What made you decide that you needed to follow a structured weight loss plan?
Originally, I wanted to be able to play with my 2 year old daughter without being winded, or stopping because I was so out of shape. I started with my personal trainer and got some nutrition tips following them as closely as I could – but mostly focusing on my exercise routine. I saw a lot of success but eventually hit a plateau. I realized that I needed to focus on changing my nutrition and this program was recommended to me by my trainer – so I figured I would give it a try.
2. Did you have health problems before you started on the Five Week Fat Loss Program?
I did not have any health problems before I started the Five Week Fat Loss Program. However, diabetes is very common in my family and with my eating habits and being out of shape; I was worried that I would soon have diabetes as well.
3. How has the program helped with those health problems?
With the program, I am eating healthy and safely losing weight – both of which will decrease my chances of getting diabetes.
4. What was your eating style like before the Five Week Fat Loss program?
For the past 8-9 years (my freshman year of college), my eating style was to eat whatever I wanted and there was no limit to what I was eating. I would eat until I was stuffed instead of satisfied. Because I was always in a hurry while in college, I was primarily eating fast food and pizza.
Since I have started the Five Week Fat Loss program, I have not eaten fast food. I admit that pizza is still a weakness of mine, but I plan pizza into my meal plan and I also limit the amount that I eat instead of just eating it until I am stuffed.
Stay tuned for the rest of Matt’s success story. He will share his progress after just 5 five weeks.
