<p>Professionals, like personal trainers, nutritionists, and doctors, can also be extremely influential when they are supportive and provide constructive advice.</p>
<p>Sometimes, however, your doctor might not be the best person from which to hear the truth about your need for healthy weight loss.&nbsp; <span id="more-2312"></span></p>
<p>Surprisingly, there is a trend of withholding information about patients&#8217; dangerous conditions when the doctors are obese themselves.&nbsp; It is believed that a large majority of physicians do not inform people who are the same size or smaller than them that they are considered clinically obese.</p>
<p>It can pretty much be assumed that the doctors in these cases either do not want to admit to themselves that they, too, are obese, or think that being overweight is not a health concern.</p>
<p>Either way, this is a scary situation.&nbsp; What does it say about our country&#8217;s attitude toward obesity?&nbsp; That we should ignore the need for healthy weight loss, and not take the initiative to help each other learn how to eat healthy?</p>
<p>If a health care professional in your life is hiding the truth from you, I hope you take advantage of other resources that are available in order to evaluate whether or not you are in a healthy state.&nbsp; Surround yourself with people who will help you do what is necessary to improve your life.</p>

<p>Other people love working out.&nbsp; They spend time at the gym, working with personal trainers, and researching information about body composition and muscles.&nbsp; They work their way towards healthy weight loss by doing physical activity.&nbsp; Exercise is such a big part of their lives that they don&#8217;t always worry about eating healthy diet food, and in fact, they might be more tempted to follow fad diets.</p>
<p>So who is more likely to lose weight: the person who concentrates on eating right or the person who concentrates on exercising?&nbsp; <span id="more-2310"></span><br />

Neither, actually.</p>
<p>Research has proven that the most effective path to healthy weight loss includes both healthy eating and exercise.</p>
<p>In a study conducted on women following healthy diets based on either eating, exercising, or both, the big winner was clear.</p>
<p>Women lost 2.4% of their weight when their diet plans only included exercise, 8.5% when they were only eating right, but 10.8% when they combined both in a comprehensive diet program.</p>
<p>If you have not previously been convinced of the importance of exercise in a healthy weight loss plan, hopefully these statistics push you over the edge.</p>
<p>No matter your age, experience, or ability level, it is just as important that you get up and moving as it is that you pay attention to eating healthy meals and snacks.</p>

<p>High triglycerides and insulin levels after eating not-so healthy meals are factors that lead to heart issues and obesity, among other serious health concerns.&nbsp; Since much of what we eat is high in the wrong kind of fat and other things that don&#8217;t count as good nutrition, many people are exposed to these dangerous precursors after every meal. </p>
<p>Do what you can to get close to healthy diets, even as you eat foods that aren&#8217;t ideal, by turning up the spice.</p>
