We’ve all had the paradoxical experience that comes from trying out different healthy eating strategies in the morning. When you eat breakfast, you get hungry before lunch. When you skip breakfast, you never get hungry and don’t feel like snacking or eating later on.
The question is: should healthy meals be nixed in the morning, in order to save on calories for the first part of the day?
Without calories, there is no good nutrition, so this strategy goes against what we know about how to eat healthy.
