I recently got this question from one of my loyal readers. My guess is a lot of you have the exact same question, so I thought it best to share with you.

This question comes from a man, but it is perfectly applicable to women. Read on to find out why!

Q. I have a question. I am 6ft. 174 lbs. I am in good shape but my abs are losing their visibility.

I wouldn’t call it a "gut" but some fat surrounding my abs. I can still see them in the mirror, but I’m not as ripped as I was a few years ago (I’m 30 now).

Blasts Fat Faster With High Intensity Training

I got up the other morning and decided to start my day with some exercise.  I love hitting the heavy bag with 3 minute intervals of various kicks and punches. Twenty minutes later I was spent and felt great.
 
 
Seriously, you won’t believe how awesome I felt. The endorphin rush you get from working out is the best high in the world.
 
 
All day long I was energized. And even though I had a boatload of work to do the rest of the day, I was in an amazing mood.

Eating Right With A Protein Packed Salad

I was talking with my accountant yesterday and she had mentioned that she tried my Grilled Chicken and Bean Salad Recipe a few weeks ago and loved it. 

I asked what she liked about it and she mentioned that it was filling and tasted great without useless calories. 

She then proceeded to mention that last week she gave it to a few guys and girls in her Spinning class because she liked it so much.  On Monday one of the guys thanked her again for the recipe and has made it 3 times already because he likes it so much.

So I wanted to make sure that you got this healthy recipe as well and hopefully you will enjoy it just as much.  It really packs a punch in regards to burning fat as you will see below and will have you eating right.

Are You An Achiever When It Comes To Eating Right For Quick Weight Loss?

I just finished reading a book called Strengths Finder 2.0.  I read it to help me determine my strengths and weaknesses.  The idea is to focus on your strengths and hire someone or delegate someone to take care of your weaknesses. 

There have been numerous studies done showing that you are better off focusing on your strengths rather than always trying to improve your weaknesses.  Ask for help with the weaknesses.

This relates to weight loss in many ways.
