<p>Do you pat yourself on the back for figuring out how to eat healthy while splurging on a special treat?</p>
<p>Of course, fresh whole foods without added components like sugar or salt are as good of a diet food as any.&nbsp; But you might be missing the mark on healthy eating if you only drink the juice from the fruit and dispose of the rest of it.&nbsp; <span id="more-2376"></span></p>
