There was a commentary published recently in the Canadian Medical Association Journal that has stirred up the controversy again about the concept of food addiction.  If they are accurate your healthy weight loss diet you are following could just be a waste of time. 

 

Some are saying that this food addiction could be at least partly responsible for the obesity epidemic.

Healthy Diet Plans Should Include These Dairy Products

cottage_cheese_smDairy products that are rich in calcium can help increase fat loss particularly around your abs and should be included in your healthy diet plans.

 

Researchers believe this may be due to the fact that calcium regulates the hormone calcitriol, which causes the body to produce fat and inhibit fat-burning. 

 

When your calcium levels are adequate, calcitriol and fat production are suppressed and your fat-burning is enhanced.

There is one thing that Joel does that I don’t incorporate very often into my education and that is to have a CHEAT DAY.

He has found that this has been very successful with his clients. Now you do have to incorporate this Cheat Day around other specific parameters, but when followed correctly it works very well.

Where's the beef?University of Researchers found that if you hate to diet and are always hungry it may be because you are just eating the wrong foods.

 

People who ate more of this one nutrient were more likely to stick to their diet for 1 year than those who ate ate more of another nutrient.
