We hear all the time how great fish is and that we should be eating more of it.
Overall that is correct as we don’t eat enough fish to get in the suggested Omega 3 fats that we should be consuming daily.
The problem is that some fish really isn’t that healthy for you.
When you break it down there are fish that we actually should be avoiding.
