Even if the nature of your work has you facing the computer at all times, you can still get in some exercise.
As an entrepreneur, you might be too focused on the business that you forget about your personal health. This is not a good practice. It is just a matter of time before you become really sick. People who engage in less physical activities are more prone to diseases.
To make it easier for you, integrate exercise with work. For instance, instead of sitting for several hours continuously, try breaking the cycle. Every hour or so, walk around the office. Go to the farthest toilet possible.
During lunch time, don’t eat in your office. If you have brought your own lunch, you should still find somewhere else to eat. This gives you time to stand up and walk. If there is a park near your workplace, go there for a few minutes, walk around and breathe fresh air.
After work, walk home instead of using your car. This helps burn extra calories. You should also try using the stairs if possible.
By constantly doing these small exercises, it would be easier for you to maintain your weight. You can also avoid illnesses due to the lack of physical activities.
